Work Habits – anxiety and stress management

Most of our work habits lead us to physical illness as the problems accumulate. Treatment aside, learning to counter stress is a good method of managing it. Some of my friends practice meditation. It is a well accepted practice to improving the mind’s ability to handle anxiety. It is can be non religious in nature too!

Overused movements sometimes lead to pain. Simple stretching movements will go a long way to avoid back and neck issues. Of course, putting away the phone helps immensely! (It might save your life too, if you don’t walk while using the phone.)
